Delete your PrepWings account

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open PrepWings and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete My Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2 — by email (if you can't open the app)

Email nubero0923@gmail.com or support@prepwings.in from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my PrepWings account". We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days. To protect you, we can only act on requests sent from the account's own email address.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, city and exam details.
• All your study data: sessions and hours, syllabus progress, revisions, tasks, notes, highlights, test scores and mistake logs.
• Every photo you added.
• Your login, and the record of phones you'd confirmed.
• The data saved on the phone you delete from.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you. Copies inside routine cloud backups are overwritten in the normal course of operations, and are never restored into the app.

Delete your data but keep your account

You can erase your study data without deleting your account.

1. Open PrepWings and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Reset My Progress.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

This removes your study sessions and hours, syllabus progress, revisions, tasks, notes, highlights, test scores and mistake logs, from your phone and from our servers. Your account, sign-in details and settings are kept. To remove a single note, photo or task, delete it where you added it in the App.

If you cannot open the App, email us at the address above from the email you signed up with and tell us what you want deleted.
